1、上海工程技术大学毕业设计（论文）SUV汽车后背门设计摘要随着SUV车型市场的增长，越来越多的汽车厂商纷纷开始设计SUV汽车，市场对SUV的设计也有着很高的要求。而后背门系统作为SUV汽车设计中一个十分重要的部分，也是值得关注的地方。本课题详细分析了后背门及其附件布置设计；分析了后背门的组成结构；对后背门进行了运动校核。规范的设计开发流程和CAE分析对后背门的设计和附件布置设计起到了辅助作用，并提高了后背门设计的效率。本文用图表的方式简述了后背门的设计流程；通过CATIA软件为平台对SUV后背门做实体建模；并由同类车型对比可行性分析报告，总结了后背

2、门及其附件的类型、结构及特性，重点对车门附件布置设计过程的内容、规则和特点进行了细致的分析和研究；利用后背门结构断面图对SUV汽车后背门在结构设计上了进行了定义。在设计过程中，通过CAE分析对所设计后背门全车内后视野进行法规的校核和人机工程校核，同时也对后背门及其附件进行运动干涉校核和结构强度校核；就后背门及其附件运动干涉功能进行了详细的探索性论述，并提出了可行的解决方案。关键词：附件布置设计设计流程运动校核强度校核干涉Opinionsandsuggestionsontheparty'smasslineeducationalpracticeAcc
