1、白液贮存槽内衬混凝土施工方案WhiteLiquorStorageTankLiningConcretingProgram1.施工前的检查CheckingbeforeConstruction(1)储罐的组对和焊接完成后,对储罐的外观进行检查,按照《立式圆筒型焊接油罐施工及验收规范》GB50128-2005的储罐的焊缝、垂直度和圆度进行复查。Aftercompletingthepairingandweldingofthestoragetank,checktheoutlookofthetank,andr

4、ingthetankwallhooks(1)在储罐壁板用φ20mm的螺纹钢弯制成的钩钉焊接,壳体部分每平方米6个钩钉。如图1-1:Onthewallofthetanks,weldwithhooksmadebybendingφ20mmrebar,using6hooksforeachsquaremeteroftheshellbody,seeFig.1-1:图Fig1-1(2)在完成盛水试验后,用钢丝轮对壁板进行除锈,要求罐壁内表面无可见的油脂和污垢,并且没有附着不牢的氧化皮,铁锈后油漆涂层等附着物,
