2、n.Financeisthelifebloodofthecountry.Onlybycreatingconditions,innovatingbravelyandmeetinginternationalchallenges,canChina'sfinancialindustryachievebreakthroughsandtrulyentertheinternationalorbit.China'sfinancialindustryhascomeintobeinganddevelopedinarelativelyclosedenvironment.Inmanyrespe
3、cts,itlacksnormsandsupervision,anditsfoundationisrelativelyweak.Althoughmanyadjustmentsandimprovementshavebeenmade,suchasthecurrentreformofinterestrateliberalizationinChinahasachievedperiodicresults,butthereisstillacertaingapfromtherealmarket.Atpresent,China'sfinancialindustryalsohasacer
4、taindegreeofmonopoly,whichleadstoefficientallocationoffinancialresourcesisnothigh;theillegalfund-raisingactivitiesandillegalestablishmentoffinancialinstitutionsstillexist;highproportionofnon-performingloansoffinancialinstitutions;thestockandfuturesmarketoftenappearsuchasexcessivespeculat
5、ion.Obviously,thedomesticfinancialmarketshouldbefurtherstandardizedandimproved.First,weshouldreformthefinancialsupervisionsystemandestablishasoundfinancialriskpreventionmechanism.ChineseafterjoiningWTO,thefinancialmarketwillopenupfurther,China'sfinancialinstitutionswillbeinamorefaircondi
6、tionsofcompetition,ontheonehandwillfacefiercecompetitionamongdomesticfinancialinstitutions,ontheotherhandhavetofaceforeignfinancialinstitutionstojointhecompetition,thisisnodoubttothedomesticfinancialindustrycompetitionabilitythetestofrapiddevelopment;capitalandexchangecontrolsgraduallyre
