1、我国航空快递企业的发展模式分析内容摘要发达国家从20世纪70年代起开办了快速运输业务，形成了一种以航空运输为主的快递系统。近年来,随着科技的发展，航空快递业正迅猛发展，成为一种新型的经济产业，受到越来越多国家的重视。我国也开始重视航空快递业的发展，但是，由于目前中国缺乏航空快递的理论研究,对航空快递业的认识及航空快递的发展实践,都还停留在原有传统的航空快递业模式简单的地面延伸,这无疑不利于中国航空快递业网络规模化运营,不利于提高中国航空快递业的市场竞争力。本文在对我国航空快递发展现状分析基础上,阐述了我国现有航空快递企业的发展运作模式和国外先进航空快递企业的发展运作模式，最后对我国航
2、空快递企业未来发展运作模式提出了六种航空快递企业运作模式，即：基于机场的航空快递园区和航空快递枢纽运作模式，现代综合快递服务模式，战略联盟模式，供应链管理咨询服务模式，基础业务服务模式和个性化快递服务模式。笔者希望这样的研究对我国航空快递企业建构具有有效性的运作模式具有帮助，促进我国航空快递企业的发展壮大。关键词：航空快递企业；运作模式；分析AbstractFromdevelopedcountriessince1970sstartedfasttransportationbusiness,formedakindofmainlyinairtransportexpresssystem.Cu
