1、浅谈民营企业人才管理随着人才市场的逐步完善和健全，现代民营企业在吸引和利用人才方面获得了更大的自由度，同时在如何留住人才的问题上也遇到了很大的挑战。民营企业的人才流失是企业领导者最为头疼的问题之一。“人才是企业最重要的资本”，人才流失就意味着要付出巨大的补偿费用，意味着资产的损失。人才流失不仅会给企业带来有形的或无形的损失，而且会使竞争对手更强大。曾经有人提出：人是企业中唯一创造可持续竞争优势的资源；谁拥有高素质的人才，谁就能再市场竞争中获胜。这种理论现在正被越来越多的人所认可，也得到许多民营企业的认同。虽然，民营企业的成功依赖于多方面的因素，但人才是整个企业
2、发展战略的核心和基础。现阶段，由于我国民营企业自身的特点及外部环境等种种因素，民营企业在人才管理方面还存在着许多问题，因此，如何做好人才管理是其在竞争中面临的严峻课题。一、人才的含义人才是指具有一定的专业知识或专门技能，进行创造性劳动并对社会作出贡献的人，是人力资源中能力和素质较高的劳动者。企业的人才主要包括经营人才、管理人才、技术人才和技能人才。经营人才主要指企业负责经营的高、中级领导人员；管理人才、技术人才主要是具有中级及以上专业技术资格或本科及以上学历的人员；技能人才主要是指在生产技能岗位工作，具有高级工及以上技能等级的人员。二、当前民营企业人才管理中存
