1、2011科室年度考核方案为充分体现我院发挥中西医结合特色优势的医院发展方向，进一步深化改革、充分发挥我院职能部门和业务科室在提高我院管理、安全、技术、服务水平工作中的作用，建立合理的工作约束与激励机制，决定实行科室目标考核制度并形成规范化的医院综合目标考核体系。一、指导思想以坚持实事求是、客观公正、公开透明、注重实绩为原则；以提高我院中医和中西医结合特色、建设一支高素质的干部、职工队伍为目标，切实提高工作效率、医疗质量和服务质量，确保医院各项工作及时、准确、高效全面完成。二、目标内容科室目标包括发挥中西医结合特色优势、科室管理、医德医风、业务工作和
2、效益四项。职能部门的目标为科室管理，廉洁自律，业务工作和服务满意度四项（服务满意度以年终考评为准）。三、考核办法1、实行平时考核与年终考核相结合的办法。年中考核内容以、科室管理、医德医风、廉洁自律和作风建设以及满意度为主，半年考核一次，分别与年中和年末进行，年终考核发挥中西医结合特色、业务、效益以及相关硬性指标。2、评分实行分类指导：⑴职能部门科室总分为100分，其中科室管理20分，廉洁自律和作风建设20分、业务30分、满意度30分。⑵emotionalBecauseoftheguerrillaforcesinthesurroundingareah
