1、建档立卡小额信贷工作方案篇一：甘肃省关于精准扶贫小额信贷支持计划的实施方案省扶贫办省财政厅省政府金融办人行兰州中心支行甘肃银监局甘肃保监局关于精准扶贫小额信贷支持计划的实施方案为了贯彻落实国务院扶贫办等部门《关于创新发展扶贫小额信贷的指导意见》(国开办发〔2014〕78号)精神，破解贫困群众贷款难、贷款贵问题，促进全省精准扶贫工作，特制定本实施方案。一、目标任务从2015年开始，以全省97万户、417万建档立卡贫困人口为扶持对象，通过建立贫困户贷款风险补偿基金，完善贫困户贷款贴息政策，推广贫困户小额贷款保险，发展贫困村扶贫互助资金等措施，大力实施精准扶贫小额贷款
