1、西南科技大学本科生毕业论文Southwestuniversityofscienceandtechnology本科毕业设计(论文)导电油墨的制备及性能表征学院名称材料科学与工程学院专业名称材料科学与工程学生姓名学号指导教师III导电油墨的制备及性能表征摘要:本文以硝酸银为前驱体提供银离子、水合联氨为还原剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,采用化学还原法制备了纳米银颗粒,并对产物进行了SEM、XRD、激光粒度分析等方法对产物的性能进行了表征。在纳米银颗粒制备过程中,探究了反应温度、反应时间对产物性能的影响。实验结果表明:以水合联氨为还原剂采用化学还原法可以成功制备出性能优良的纳米级纳
2、米银颗粒。本文还以实验制备出的纳米银颗粒作为导电填料、以聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂为连接料、以无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,并加入其他助剂(消泡剂、偶联剂等)制备出导电油墨。将制备好的导电油墨涂覆于玻璃片上,然后置于不同温度的干燥箱中,确定所制备导电油墨的固化温度为100℃的恒温干燥箱中保存40min,最后再对固化后的油墨进行表征,本论文采用百格法测试附着力,再电阻测试仪测试电阻并计算出电阻率,最后测试制备导电油墨的耐摩擦性。实验结果表明:以聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂为连接料、以无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂最后加入制备的纳米银可以成功的制备出拥有优异的粘附性和耐摩擦性的导电油墨。关键字:
