1、S曲线无碳小车设计I摘要S曲线无碳小车来自全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题,本文通过认真分析任务要求,确定小车应有的功能,完成了方案设计、技术设计和加工装配调试三个阶段,制作出了行驶平稳轻巧,效率高且转弯半径、周期可调的小车,并提出了提高零件精度和增加赛道校准装置的改进方向。在方案设计中,根据功能性需求,小车按模块化设计可分为六个部分:车架、原动机构、传动机构、转向机构、驱动系统、微调机构,对每个部分采用扩展性思维寻求多种可行方案,并综合考虑功能实现、加工装配、成本可行性等因素进行优化设计。其中,车架为骨架式玻纤板,原动机构采用滑轮组和变
