1、摘要首先,在分析了国内外数控自动编程系统研究现状的基础上,本文提出了数控编程系统的模块化结构模型。该模型采用模块化的分层结构,各模块执行相应的功能,并在各层次之间利用函数调用来实现功能的整合,这充分体现了数控自动编程系统的模块化、可重构、可扩展的体系特征,为整个数控冲床自动编程系统的软件开发奠定了基础。本文提出了数控自动编程系统仿真模块的总体结构方案,实现了基于AutoCAD的二维动态仿真,并对NC代码翻译的一些关键技术做了深入的研究。数控自动编程系统的操作界面是在VISua1LiSP环境下制作完成的,本文详细说明了数
2、控自动编程系统的菜单文件、DCL文件的开发过程,并且实现了DCL对话框的程序驱动和驱动优化。本程序对实际加工的图纸进行了例运行,证明了程度的实用性与高效性.数控自动编程系统主要包括图形数据的采集,加工模具的选择,加工路径的优化处理以及NC代码的生成等一系列过程。图形数据的采集主要涉及到AutoCAD中圆形信息的提取和多段线图形信息的提取。关键词:AutoCAD软件,模块化设计,VisualLISP,动态仿真30ABSTACTFirstly,basedonanalyzingthepresentdevelopsituati
