1、急性阑尾炎穿孔手术治疗体会来源：晋升网推荐 浏览次数:7次 发布时间：2012-11-02作者：马文杰,马伟 作者单位：甘肃广河，广河县买家巷中心卫生院【下载阅读】：点击急性阑尾炎穿孔手术治疗体会.doc(66.5KB)下载【摘要】 目的探讨急性阑尾炎穿孔的手术时机与方法。方法通过对本院收治的35例手术治疗的穿孔性阑尾炎患者进行回顾，对手术后各项临床表现进行统计与分析。结果经过积极治疗，35例手术患者中有33例患者治愈出院，2例好转，无死亡病例，治愈率达94.2%。结论选择好适当的手术时机及方法可明显提高急性阑尾炎穿孔手术治疗的效果，并有效提高患者预后及生活质量。
