2、占比，优化存款结构，增加业务收益，培育优质客户的重要营销手段。“商易通”业务，是指在固定电话设备上集成刷卡器及相关设备，并绑定客户的中国邮政储蓄银行绿卡借记卡（以下简称“绿卡”），为客户提供余额查询、转账付款、转账收账、向公司账户转账、交易明细查询及打印、汇总统计等服务的业务。“商易通”设备是针对具有华商联盟资格的个体工商户免费提供的一种结算类金融工具。“华商联盟”服务是指中国邮政储蓄银行为符合申请条件，并已申请“华商联盟”服务的绿卡客户提供的优质、优惠、优先服务，优质、优先服务标准可参考《中国邮政储蓄银行个人VIP客户服务管理暂
