3、alcivilcases,accountingfor17%ofthetotalcriminalcases,mediationclosed20cases,accountingfor87%ofincidentalcivilcases,involving930thousandyuan.In2009receivedatotalofcriminalincidentalcivilcases21,accountedfor19.6%ofthecases,mediation19,accountingforallincide
4、ntalcivilcases90%,involving1million210thousandyuan,in2010toacceptthecriminalincidentalcivilcases20,accountedfor13%ofthecases,mediation19,accountingforallincidentalcivilcasesinvolving95%.Amountingto2million620thousandyuan.Fromtheabovefigures,themediationby
5、thecaseandtheproportionoftheamountisincreasingyearbyyear,closedwithcivilcasesthroughcriminalmediation,thetimelypaymentofcompensation,fillupduetothedefendant'scriminalbehaviorandsocialtrauma,greatlyprotecttheinterestsofthevictims,toeasetheantagonismbetween
