7、elgeartospreadtomove.Keywords:Electrpmotor.gearwheel.Reducer.Axletree.Platen.第一章总体方案设计驱动式滚筒运输机的原动机选用电动机。因为滚筒的转速为:n5=V/πD(D为滚筒直径),初步选取滚筒直径为D=380mm,滚筒长度L=4150mm,滚筒间的间距为l=630mm,因为驱动式滚筒运输机共5m长,故滚筒共8根。故n5=51.0r/min。为了使电动机转速减为n5,故驱动装置与电动机之间必有减速器,为使各滚筒同时转动,各滚筒由锥齿轮带动。电动机与减速器之间由带轮联接,减速器与锥齿
