2、tnotionandphrasesaboutmeasurewordsinEnglish.AndtherearealotofquantitywordsinEnglish.ThereisalonghistoryofChinesemeasurewordsandtheremustbesomepropermeasurewordsbetweennearlyeverynumeralandnoun.Thosemeasurewordsaremoresystematicwithstrongpolishingfunction.Intheviewofc

3、lassificationmeasurewordsinChinesecanbedividedintonounmeasurewordsanddynamicmeasurewordsandeachofthemcanbedividedfurther.InEnglishallthemeasurewordsexistexceptforindividualnounmeasurewords.TherearemanydifferencesofmeasurewordsbetweenEnglishandChinese.Suchasthenumeral

4、inChinesecannotbelinkedwithnoundirectlyandmeasurewordsmustbeaddedbetweenthem,whilealotofmeasurewordsareunnecessaryinEnglish.Whatismore,measurewordsinEnglishcannotberepeatedjustasthoseinChinesedo.Ontheotherhand,thesameusagesofmeasurewordsinthetwolanguagesexistalso.For

5、examplenomatterinEnglishorinChinesethemeasurewordshavecertaincharacteristicslinkingwiththefollowingnouns.AndbothChineseandEnglishhavemeasurewordsthatcanbelinkedwithvariousnouns,andsoon.Themeasurewordsactuallyfinallyforeshadowthetranslationofmeasurewords.InEnglishthem

6、easurewordsareeasytobetranslatedintoChinese.Onthecontrary,asinChinesethemeasurewordsownrhetoricandgreatcapacitysomeofthoseChinesemeasurewordscannotfindproperlyEnglishwordstotranslate.However,difficultiestestifythatpeopledonotunderstandthetranslationmethodclearly.Thus
