1、重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要ABSTRACTAtpresent,Chongqingindustryisstillinthetraditionalheavyindustry.Productenergyandrawmaterialconsumptionaccountsforabout75%oftheenterpriseproductioncosts.Unitofenergyconsumptionis2to3timesoftheaverageworldleve.Perkilometerproductswhichmainlyconsumefuelare40%higherthanthedevelop

2、edcountries.Poluttants(Sulfurdioxide)emissionofperproductionvalueis8to10timesofthedevelopedcountries.ChongqingGDPaccountsforabout1.68%ofChinawhiletheindustrialwastewateris3.75%ofourcountry.Sulphurdioxideemissionaccountsfor3.39%andhazardouswasteismorethan10%.That’stosay,Chongqingwillcreatemorethando

3、ubledischargeofwastesperunitofGDP.Unitproductenergyconsumptionofhighconsumptionindustrywhichconsume20%to50%morethanwordadvancedlevel,accountsforabout70%oftheindustrydepartmenttotalenergyconsumption.Firstofall,summaringandanalysingtheresearchachievementsaboutenergyefficiencybyreviewingliteratures,th

4、ispaperexplorestheenergyefficiencyevaluationmethodsandfactoranalysismethod.Andthen,Chqongqingenergygeneralsituationisstatedbasedonwhichappraisalindicatorssystemofenergyefficiencyisconstructed.Meanwhile,thepaperassessChongqingenergyefficiencybyEDA.Inaddition,thispaperanalysesenergyefficiencytheinflu

5、encefactorsandgivespolicyadvicetoimproveenergyefficiency.Accordingtoresearch,from2002to2008,theoverallenergyefficiencyofChongqinghasemergedtodrop,andthenanupwardtrend.To2009,energyinvestmentandeconomicoutputreachedarelativeoptimalpoint.Theenergyefficiencyofthethreeregionfromhightolowis:Anhoureconom
