1、摘要随着大规模集成电路技术和计算机技术的飞速发展，把计算机的运算器和控制器（即CPU）、存储器和多种接口集成在一块芯片上而成的芯片为单片机。单片机问世20年来，发展速度之迅猛，应用范围之广泛是以往任何技术都无法比拟的。单片机作为嵌入式微控制器其应用很普及。本文介绍了单片机的概念、分类、发展过程，并使用MCS-51单片机和CD4094单片机设计多用方波发生器的硬件电路和控制电路，并对单片机进行了软件编程，使用户可以方便的制造和生产多用方波信号发生器。本文第一章简单介绍了单片机的发展过程和应用领域；第
