1、企业资源计划(ERP)期末论文企业资源计划（ERP）系统在现代企业管理中的应用［摘要］企业资源计划作为现代企业管理思想的精髓，越来越被更多的企业所接受。文章主要阐述了企业资源计划的理论、项目实施方法和在现代企业管理中的作用。从企业软件选型、项目实施、管理方式改进、管理制度完善、业务及操作规范固化等各个方面总结了企业资源计划在现代企业管理中的应用过程和最终所达到的效果。［关键词］企业资源计划，业务流程，企业管理，软件，信息系统企业资源计划是指建立在信息技术基础上，以系统化的管理思想为指导，集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身的现代企业的运行管理模式。随着信
