6、························(18)10.2、环保要求··········································(19)CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道轨道板精调作业指导书1.适用范围本作业指导书适用于石武铁路客运专线铁路河南段SWZQ-4标段CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道轨道板精调作业施工指导。2.作业准备⑴准备精调所需的轨道板坐标文件“.FFC”、棱镜配位文件“.FFD”(前期通过布板软件计算得出)和现场测量并经过平差计算后的轨道基准点三维坐标。⑵精调施工前,应对精调段CPⅢ网及GRP点进行复测检核,确认无误后方
7、可开始精调施工。⑶精调施工前对精调测量系统进行相关的调试检校,确保测量系统正常工作。⑷根据精调作业段长度准备足够数量的精调千斤顶和压紧装置。精调千斤顶易损坏,故应准备相应数量的备用顶。⑸对精调测量人员及调板人员进行专项培训,使其熟悉作业程序及操作要点。3.技术要求⑴精调采用的全站仪需具有自由设站功能,标称精度为1秒,1mm+2ppm。⑵精调施工前对各仪器设备进行检查调试,保证其正常运行。⑶精调前对精调标准标架进行检校,检校在轨板厂内的标准轨枕上进行。⑷相邻轨道基准点相对精度应满足平面位置±0.2mm,高程±0.1mm的要求。⑸在大面积施工前,在试铺
8、场地内进行现场相关的模拟实验,确定精调顺序、工效、设备配置、气候条件等参数,并报监理单位确认。4.施工程序与工艺流程4.1
