1、商业银行公司治理机制研究【摘要】金融是现代经济的核心,银行是我国银行业的主体,国有商业银行居于银行业的主导地位。我国商业银行与资本充足，创新能力和国际竞争力强的现代化大银行这一目标相比,差距仍然很大。国有商业银行要完成向现代商业银行的真正转轨,核心是完善公司治理。银行业具有的特殊性质使得其公司治理从根本上有别于一般意义上的公司治理，即不存在唯一的、最好的公司治理标准。本文借鉴国际银行的经验,综合英美、德日两种模式的利弊，以介绍公司治理的核心理念和基本准则为起始点,通过对国际商业银行公司治理模式的比较,分析国际银行在公司治理中的经验和中国商业银行在公司治理中存在的问题,在总结前人
