2、已成为影响社会稳定的重要因素,本文拟通过对大学生就业现状的分析,得出现今大学生就业困境为大学生自身原因及家庭背景影响,高校体制调整滞后、指导作用不强,经济增长缓慢﹑供求关系矛盾。解决大学生就业问题,大学生应妥善处理自身及家庭影响,高校应增强调整和指导作用,政府必须协调区域经济发展、调整产业结构、完善就业政策,以解决我国现阶段大学生就业困境问题。[关键词]就业能力就业观念结构性失业ABSTRACTThegrimemploymentsituationamongcollegestudentshasdevelopedint
