1、新时期我国公共关系模式的思考（追寻戈多）摘要政府公共关系作为政府工作的重要组成部分，对于政府职能有效发挥起着举足轻重的作用。新时期要实现政府职能从“管理型”向“服务型”的顺利转变，必须对政府公共关系进行变革。改变传统的单向沟通的模式，利用现代信息技术拓宽政府与社会公众沟通的渠道，采取多种沟通模式，加强信息资源的管理利用，建立中国特色的新型政府公共关系模式。实现政府与社会公众的有效交流沟通，从而重新塑造政府良好形象，提升政府公信力，以推动政府向科学、高效、透明和廉洁的方向发展。本文分为七个部分：第一部分是绪论，从本文选题的背景与
2、研究意义出发，对学者已有的相关研究进行评述；第二部分着重阐明政府公共关系的内涵；第三部分具体分析了新时期我国政府公共关系面临的机遇与挑战，突出了改革公共关系模式的重要意义；第四部从不足与可取之处对我国政府传统的公共关系模式进行了分析。第五部分提出了新型的政府公共关系模式，并且详细阐述了相关概念以及具体的操作方法；第六部分强调了转变政府公共关系模式的途径；第七部分是结语，对本文进行总结和展望。关键词：公共关系；政府；公众；沟通24AbstractThegovernmentpublicrelationasanimportantpa
