1、第52页毕业设计摘要:本工程为国际公寓2#楼,由xx县建筑设计室设计,位于人民路中段(原面粉厂院内),总建筑面积为4218.6㎡。本建筑从平面布局、立面效果和各种配套功能设置来看,外形美观大方、平面布局合理。本工程为框架结构,抗震设防烈度为8°,结构抗震等级为二级,檐口高度19.2m。该工程基础为条形基础,条形基础底下填80cm碎石垫层。基础及框架柱梁板混凝土强度等级均为C30,砌墙体内构造柱混凝土等级为C20。现浇楼面、屋面板及混凝土强度等级为C30。所有现浇楼板板顶结构高均比建筑面标高低0.05m,厨卫、阳台现浇板做好面层后的板顶高
