1、双根清脑颗粒对VD模型大鼠行为学及脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达影响实验探究摘要:目的:观察双根清脑颗粒对VD模型大鼠行为学与脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达的影响,探讨双根清脑颗粒治疗VD的机理。方法:从颈外动脉插管缓慢注入同种血栓栓子造成VD大鼠模型。中药组以双根清脑颗粒干预,模型组、对照组、正常组给予生理盐水。Moriss水迷宫观察隐匿平台获得时间与大鼠空间搜索时间;免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠脑微血管ICAM-1的表达。结果:Moriss水迷宫试验发现,与模型组相比,中药组隐匿平台获得时间明显缩短(P<0.05),大
2、鼠空间搜索次数亦明显增多(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学检测表明:与模型组相比,无论是1天,还是3天、7天、14天组,中药组均能有效降低VD模型大鼠脑微血管ICAM-1的表达(P<0.01)。结论:双根清脑颗粒可改善VD模型大鼠的学习与记忆的功能,其机制与下调VD模型大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达有关。关键词:血管性痴呆;双根清脑颗粒;行为学指标ICAM-1中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-7717(2010)01-0104-03LaboratoryStudiesontheEffectsofSh
