1、怎样做一名合格的基层领导干部“如何当好一个基层干部”。这个题目很大，没有一个非常标准的答案给大家。所以今天这个讲话是结合我自身工作的一些实际情况，结合着党组织对我们每一个党员干部的基本要求，结合着XX区发展的需要，结合着一个年轻干部成长当中可能遇到的情况，跟大家一起交流和沟通。一、牢牢把握“不忘本色，端正心态、修炼品行”三个基本要求中国古代把干部叫“官”，而我们现在叫“干部”，大家认为这个仅仅是称呼上的区别，那就不全面。“官”是站在人民群众之上的；而“干部”，主要是在“干”。作为年轻干部，首先要当好一名合格的干部，更重要的在于品行，在于心态，在于操守，在于修养。社会矛盾错综复
2、杂，利益纷繁复杂，思维、思想也异常波动，由于现代社会瞬息万变、生活方式不断变迁、信息传播便捷、加速，价值观念多元化，社会思潮相互交织，这就需要我们的干部能够把握是非、善恶、美丑的界限。按照锦涛总书记讲的，就是“坚持什么，反对什么，倡导什么，抵制什么，都必须旗帜鲜明。”泽民同志曾经也讲过:“入党为什么，做什么，身后留下点什么。”首先是把这些问题搞清楚，才能使自己的心态更加平衡，自己的本色不能丢掉，自己的修养不断提升。（一）不忘本色。constructionandsafety,security,fireprotection,preventequipmentlossordamage
