1、基于MCGS的立体仓库模型监控系统摘要本文主要介绍了利用松下型号为FP0的可编程控制器,通过传感器信号采集,实现对立体仓库模型的控制,并使用MCGS组态软件在上位机进行实时监控。文章重点描述了立体仓库模型监控系统的构成、PLC的选型并实现了MCGS监控画面的运行过程。系统利用MCGS作为开发平台,完成立体仓库模型监控系统的软件设计,并根据计算机监控系统应满足的各项功能要求,将MCGS与PLC进行通讯连接,完成立体仓库模型监控系统中数据采集,上下位机的通讯,使系统达到了实时监控的效果。关键字:立体仓库模型可编程控制器MCGS
