3、utionnetworksbycombiningahydraulicanalysiswithafirst-orderreliabilitymethod(FORM),isproposedinthisPapeThehydraulicanalysismethodfornormalconditionsismodifiedtoaccommodatethespecialconditionsnecessarytoperformaseismichydraulicanalysis.Inordertocalculatetheleakageareaan
4、dleakingflowofthepipelinesinthehydraulicanalysismethod.anewleakagemodelestablishedfromtheseismicresponseanalysisofburiedpipelinesispresented.Tovalidatetheproposedapproach.anetworkwitll17nodesand24pipelinesisinvestigatedindetail.Theapproachisalsoappliedtoanactualprojec
