1、辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第V页高炉出铁场泥炮打泡设备液压系统设计摘要目前由于高炉大型化和高压操作技术的实现以及炉前操作机械化的要求;再加上电动泥炮在实际使用中存在的问题,例如:外形尺寸大,特别是高度太大,妨碍出铁口附近的风口进行机械化更换工作;打泥活塞推力不足,尤其采用无水泥炮时;丝杠及螺母磨损快、更换困难等等原因;促使液压泥炮得到迅速发展。液压泥炮打泥推力大,打泥致密,能适应高炉高压操作;压紧机构具有稳定的压紧力,使炮嘴与泥套始终压得很紧,不易漏泥;泥炮结构紧凑,高度矮小,便于操作;油压装置不装在泥炮本体上,从而简化了泥炮的结构。鉴于液压泥炮的优点和电动泥炮的缺点,国
