4、intheorganization,withoutmymessagebeinginterpretedbylayersofbosses.Isawitasaperfectplacetospreadideasinanopengive-and-takeenvironment.Herewedevelopedandputintopracticeourcandidmanagementprogramssuchas"SixSigma"and"Work-Out."Ultimately,Crotonvillebecameabo
