7、门负责人须严格审批。4、用车审批：使用部门负责人根据工作需要安排办事人员填报《公务车辆使用申请表》→审批→实施用车→用车完毕后，公车必须返回公司并报告→行政部核实公差公里数和用油情况，并登记备案。5、专职司机职责：专职司机由行政部统一管理，严格按照用车管理程序使用车辆，严格遵守道路交通法规，违章罚款自行承担40%，不德擅自外借和私自使用车辆，定期保养维护，保证车辆性能良好，整洁卫生，按照公司规定的地点停放。1.4保险保养维修1、由仓储部确定公用车辆的保险和定点维修保养
