4、butratherunderthedefinitionofacontinuumofhousingexclusion.ItisimportanttohavebothdefinedfordatacollectionpurposesinNewZealand.CrowdingisparticularlyrelevantforMāoriandcultureswithlargerfamilies,orhouseholdswhohavetodoubleupduetolowhouseholdincomelevels
