1、（硕士学位论文）利益相关者共同治理下的企业激励机制研究‘山东大学硕士学位论文摘要公司治理的核心问题是激励问题。有效的激励机制的建立和运作能给企业带来活力、竞争力，是一个企业成长的关键。本文通过对激励理论和利益相关者共同治理理论的研究，认为以往对于企业激励机制的研究基本围绕企业经营者展开，而在利益相关者共同治理模式下，如何考虑利益相关者的利益需求，构建利益相关者共同治理下的企业激励机制，才是企业长期生存发展的关键。基于这种认识，提出了构建利益相关者共同治理下的企业激励机制的理论基础――综合性社会契约与企业社会责任观，在

2、理论的指导下，通过调查分析了利益相关者的利益需求，作为构建企业激励机制的前提和准备，并通过对利益需求的分析，初步构建了利益相关者共同治理下的企业激励机制。提出了针对股东以产权契约为主的激励机制；针对管理者多种方式并用的激励机制；针对员工以以人为本为主的激励机制；针对债权人以制度保证为主的激励机制；针对企业顾客和中间商、供应商以团队生产方式为主的激励机制；针对企业的竞争者和政府、社会等外部环境以承担社会责任为主的激励机制。关键词：利益相关者共同治理利益相关者的利益需求激励机制山东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTInce
