6、thisresultisduetotheantiDemocraticmajorityrulebythecollectivedecision.I.rulesofcollectivedecisionmakingThecollectivedecisionisapoliticaldecision,itreflectsthepublicdemandforpublicgoods,determinesthesupplyofpublicgoods,isapreferenceforallmembersofsocietytotalprocess,thatisindivid
