4、ly).TheaboveparametersdecreasedinRALgroupparedizedgroup[(2.38±0.39)mmol/Lvs(3.02±0.38)mmol/L,(1.952±0.023)μkat/Lvs(2.336±0.032)μkat/L](P0.05).Sixteeny,BMDofL3L5vertebrae,proximalfemoralsegment[(0.181±0.021)g/cm2vs(0.287±0.025)g/cm2]andfemoralshaft[(0.157±0.034)g/cm2vs(0.2
5、60±0.039)g/cm2]decreasedsignificantly(P0.01)andthetrabecularbecamethinandirregularparedgroup.AftertreatmentofRAL,theaboveparametersrestored(P0.05)butnottothelevelofshamgroup(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Ovariectomyinducesasignificantdecreaseofcancellatedbonemassandpactbonemass.RALis
