2、tPolicyStatement.Sec.2InvestmentPools.ThepoliciesfortheinvestmentoffundsforU. T.investmentpoolsshallbethoseoutlinedintheapplicableInvestmentPolicyStatement.EachpooledfundestablishedbyTheUniversityofTexasSystemshallbeadministeredaccordingtotheU.T.System

3、SeparatelyInvestedFundsInvestmentPolicyStatement,thefund’strustindenture,andapplicablelaw.Sec.3Endowments.Endowmentfundsandfundsfunctioningasendowmentswillbemanagedinamannerconsistentwiththegoverninginstrument,TheUniversityofTexasSystemAdministrationPo

5、recludecomminglingofassets.Thoseendowmentsforwhichthetermsoftheinstrumentprecludethecomminglingofassetsorforwhichilliquidassetsareheldwillbeseparatelyinvested.Sec.4LifeIncomeFunds.Lifeincomefundswillbeinvestedandadministeredconsistentwiththegoverningin
