1、（硕士学位论文）融资租赁影响因素的实证分析以沪市a股上市公司为例[硕博论文]摘要本文以我国上市公司为研究对象，采用理论与实证相结合的方法，研究我国企业采用融资租赁的影响因素，为促进企业更好地利用融资租赁和完善融资租赁市场提供有力依据。本文首先论述了研究背景和问题的提出、研究目的和意义、研究内容和方法以及本文创新点和不足；再对融资租赁及其影响因素进行了理论评述；接着，在国内外研究的基础上，提出企业融资租赁影响因素的相关假设，并对变量和数据进行说明；然后，本文再以沪市A股2003．2007年687家上市公司为样本进行实证研究，

2、先利用单变量T检验来分析所得税率、长期负债、成长机会、盈利能力、企业规模等因素对我国企业采用融资租赁是否有影响，再重点用Logistic面板数据模型，采取不同行业的全体公司样本和同行业公司样本分别研究上述因素对我国企业采用融资租赁的影响程度；最后得出研究结论，并结合我国企业融资租赁的实际情况，提出促进企业应用融资租赁和发展融资租赁业的政策建议。关键词：融资租赁长期负债高新技术企业税收激励IIAbstractInordertoevidenceoftheusebetteroffinancialprovidestrongadva
