1、医德理论的困惑：论医学人道主义与功利主义之争摘 要 义利之争是伦理学理论的基本冲突，对于现代医学伦理学来说同样如此。医学人道主义从来就是医学伦理学的基本精神，面对功利主义与价值论，如何化解冲突有不同的态度。其中普遍的观点是调和冲突，甚至企图用相对伦理、折中伦理来根本化解冲突。这种企图其实是徒劳无益的。现代医学伦理学或生命伦理学引入的功利主义，并不能替代作为义务论的医学人道主义。在现代多元化的医学道德理论中，如何以医学人道主义为基础寻求“合理的平衡”，是当代生命伦理学理论的根本出路。 关键词 道德难题 人道主义 功利主义 义务论 Medical Moral Perplexity
