1、中美日三国企业裁员模式对比的研究华中科技大学硕士学位论文中美日三国企业裁员模式对比研究姓名张宇坤申请学位级别硕士专业企业管理指导教师廖建桥20061027摘要随着我国加入WTO国际经济对国内企业的影响日益明显国内企业开始面临全新的国际环境与发展空间也要面临日趋激烈的国际市场竞争企业在更加开放的市场中遭遇的变数大大增加加之近年来我国的经济体制改革向纵深发展国有企业冗员问题十分突出因此中国企业如何选择合理的裁员模式就成为值得关注和研究的现实课题本文首先从企业裁员的理论与实际研究出发对过去国内外的相关理论进行了回顾和总结其次选取美国和日本两个典型发达国家作为研究对象对其企业裁员的现状

2、特征进行研究提出了美日企业普遍的裁员模式分析和论证了其裁员模式产生的原因再次对中国企业尤其是国有企业裁员现状和特点进行分析得出了中国企业目前所存在的普遍裁员模式并在此基础上对比了美国日本中国三国企业裁员模式各自的特点和效率找出了中国企业裁员模式的缺陷之后笔者重点探讨中国企业裁员的发展方向论证了中国企业照搬美国或日本企业裁员模式的可行性并从国家文化因素国情现状与历史因素社会保障因素和员工忠诚度因素等方面证明了中国不能完全照搬美日模式最后笔者结合中国目前的国情现状提出中国企业尤其是国有企业应该借鉴美国企业裁员模式即在政府放宽政策和加大社会保障和再就业培训建设的同时逐步加速有计划有步
