5、aticcapitalism!Hollywoodis,insomeways,themodellotteryindustry.Formostcompaniesinthebusiness,itdoesn’tmakeeconomicsenseto,asGoogledoes,putpromisingyoungapplicantsthroughaseriesoftestsandthenhireonlythesmallnumberwhopass.Instead,it’scheaperfortalentagen
