3、ketorientationliteraturedemonstrateapositiverelationshipbetweenamarketorientationandfirmperformance.However,themechanismsofthisrelationshiphaveyettobeexploredindetail.Thisarticleaddressesthisgapbyproposingaconceptualmodelthatlinksamarketorientationtowealthcreationinfirms.Themodelpositsth
4、atamarketorientationguidesinvestmentinmarket-basedassetsthatmaybedeployedtocreatecustomervalue.Therealisationofcustomervaluehelpstobothcaptureandretaincustomers.Quickerandmoreextensivemarketpenetration,shortersalescycles,anddecreasedmarketingandsalescostsenhancethecashflowofamarket-orien
