1、职务犯罪侦查前的基础工作【摘要】职务犯罪是指国家工作人员利用职务之便为谋取不法利益所进行的各种犯罪活动。职务犯罪不仅对国家造成了巨大的经济损失，损毁了我党的执政形象，同时也损害了公民的合法权益。惩治腐败，依法查处贪污贿赂、渎职等职务犯罪，是党和国家的一项长期战略任务，也是检察机关的重点工作。但随着职务犯罪形式的智能化、科技化，侦破职务犯罪的难度也越来越大。为了保障国家、集体和公民的合法权益，依法惩处利用职务之便进行犯罪的不法分子，我们应该扎实的进行职务犯罪侦查前的基础工作—职务犯罪的初查。职务犯罪的初查是职务犯罪立案侦查前的一项举足轻重的司法活动，但在实际
