1、新生化冲剂防治药物流产后阴道出血的临床研究【关键词】新生化冲剂【摘要】目的观察新生化冲剂对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法将自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女287例，随机分为观察组160例，对照组127例。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法，于孕囊排出后，观察组服用新生化冲剂12g，每天2次；对照组服用益母草膏10g，每天2次，疗程均为7天。两组同时肌注缩宫素20u，加服阿莫西林0.5g，每日3次，服用7天。结果两组在孕囊排出时间上差异无显著性；观察组与对照组阴道出血量按量少、量中、量多比较，两组百分比分别为量少：46.20%、36.29%，量中：50.00%、45.16%，量多：3.80%、1
2、8.55%，观察组出血量明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组出血持续时间比较，分别为（8.05±3.25）天、（13.01±5.68）天，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论新生化冲剂可减少药物流产后阴道出血量，缩短出血时间，推荐临床应用。【关键词】新生化冲剂；益母草膏；药物流产；阴道出血ClinicalresearchonthenewgranuleforpostpartumtroublesusedinthepreventionandtreatmentofcolporrhagiaafterdrugabortionCENQiu-mei.FamilyPlanningService
