2、直观的展现出所设计举升机的具体结构与工作状态。然后对举升机进行整体结构设计，选择材料以及对各个部件的计算选择。根据举升机的最大功率选择电动机，校核立柱的强度刚度，选择合适的传动系统，并设计其主要参数，支对撑臂应变校核，分析锁紧装置，选择安全可靠的锁紧机构。对各个主要承重部件进行受力分析与校核，同时对部分零件划分网格进行有限元分析，测出危险点和危险截面并进行校核，计算出符合配合要求的构件。应用Solidworks绘制举升机的三维模型，更加直观地展现其整体结构与特点，并且通过设计方案对其特点进行说明。关键词：机械结构，螺旋传动，丝杠，锁紧ii滨州学院本科毕业设
