4、encemachiningqualityofthemachinedworkpieceandthecuttingperformanceandlifeofthecutter.Especially,intheprecisionmachining,flexiblemanufacturingsystem(FMS)andotherautomationmanufacture,wearandboundarynotchbehaviorsofcementedcarbidetoolsareevenmoreimportant.Metalcuttingexperi
5、enceshaveexpoundedthatwearandboundarynotchofthecementedcarbidecuttingtoolsaremoreseriousinthemachiningoftheworkpieceinwhichthestrainhardeningishighandtheremainingisnoteven.Itseriouslyinfluencesthemachiningqualityofthemachinedpieceandthecuttingperformanceandlifeofthecutter
6、.But,sofar,therehasnotbeenmuchresearchontheboundarynotchmechanismofcementedcarbidecuttingcutter,andthetechnicalmeasurestoreduceboundarynotchofcementedcarbidecuttingtoolsarefewer[1,2].Sothat,thebasedonthemachiningexperimentsoffrictionweldedjoint,thisresearchfocusesonthefor
