3、oolingandthesolarpreheatedaircouldbeutilizedinbuilt,industrialandagriculturalsectors.However,systemswithheatextractionbyaircirculationarelimitedintheirthermalperformanceduetothelowdensity,thesmallvolumetricheatcapacityandthesmallthermalconductivityofairandmeasures
4、forheattransferaugmentationisnecessary.Thispaperpresentstheuseofasuspendedthinflatmetallicsheetatthemiddleorfinsatthebackwallofanairductasheattransferaugmentationsinanair-cooledphotovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)solarcollectortoimproveitsoverallperformance.Thesteady-statethe
5、rmalefficienciesofthemodifiedsystemsarecomparedwiththoseoftypicalPV/Tairsystem.Dailytemperatureprofilesoftheoutletair,thePVrearsurfaceandchannelbackwallarepresentedconfirmingthecontributionofthemodificationsinincreasingsystemelectricalandthermaloutputs.Thesetechniquesa
