4、.17,2006;revisionacceptedApr.14,2006Abstract:Thisstudyisaimedatidentilyinganddeterminingthepercentageofoccurrencefrequencyofcellulosedecomposingsoilfungi刀,esoilsampleswereinoculatedintocultureplatespreparedinSabouraudmediUlTIundersterilizedconditionsa
5、ndincubatedat30.Cfor4to7d.Theidentifiedfungalspecieswereincubatedinself-designedcellulosemediumfortestingtheircellulolyticability.Forty-twospecies,including.2novaspecies,representingsixteengenerashowedgrowthandsporulationinthecellulosemedium.Mostofthe
6、isolatedspecieswerefromgenusAspergillusandPenicillium.AspergillusnigerandMucorhie.showedhighestoccurrencefrequency(45%and36%respectively).asthesespecieswerecollectedfromabout80%ofsoilsamples.Beingagarfreeandcheaper,thenewfungalmediumdesignedshowedresu
