2、试验机和工业模拟热处理炉对2.25Cr-1Mo.0.25V钢进行了焊接热循环和焊后热处理试验,并对其组织和一30~C冲击韧性进行了分析和测试.结果表明:经一次和二次焊接热循环试样的组织均发生粗化,其中一次热循环产生的粗大组织在二次热循环中得到继承,上述组织特点导致该钢焊后热影响区低温冲击韧性恶化.经700℃焊后热处理后低温韧性得到显着提高,且随回火时间的延长韧性进一步提高.断I:1由处理前的准解理断裂转为韧窝为主的韧性断裂特征.一次和二次焊接热循环后,析出相粒子的形状变得很不规则,且在二次循环后有部

6、resultsshowthatthemicrostructureexhibitscoarsefeatureafteroneandtwicethermalcycle,andthecoarsemicrostructurcformedinthefirstthermalcycleisinheritedduringthesecondthermalcycle.Theabovemicrostructureresultsinthedecreasingofthecryogenictoughness.Thecryoge
7、nictoughnessisincreasedbythePWHTatthetemperatureof700℃.andwithincreasingthemmpefi~timethecryogenictoughnessisincreased.Thefracturemodechangesfromquasi—cleavagetoductilefracturewithdimplesbeforeandafterPWHT.Themorphologyoftheprecipitatedphaseparticlesbe
8、comeirregularshapeafteroneandtwiceweldingthermalcycle.Afewofsmallerparticlesarealsofoundaftertwiceweldingthermalcycleanditmayberelatedtothequicklyheatingandsubsequentcoolingduringweldingthermalcycle.Themorphologyoftheparticlesbecomeregu
