1、18JBengbuMedColl,January2009,Vol.34,No.1[文章编号]100022200(2009)0120018203·基础医学·四逆汤对大鼠心肺复苏后脑组织损伤的影响1,221赵瑾,杨卫东,汪思应[摘要]目的:观察四逆汤对大鼠心肺复苏(CPR)后脑组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组(C组)、心肺复苏组(CPR组)、四逆汤组(SND组)。大鼠颈外静脉内快速注入2%氯化钾,致呼吸、心跳骤停,6min后复苏;60min后,取大脑皮层制备10%组织匀浆,测LDH活力、MDA含量。C组
2、动物术前用生理盐水(0.1ml/100g)灌胃3天后,仅完成所必要的手术操作,不做任何处理;SND组动物术前用四逆汤灌胃(0.1ml/100g)3天。结果:SND组脑组织匀浆LDH活力显著高于CPR组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著低于CPR组(P<0.01),但SND组的LDH和MDA与C组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:四逆汤对心肺复苏后脑细胞膜具有保护作用,可能是通过抑制氧自由基的脂质过氧化反应,稳定细胞膜来实现的。[关键词]心肺复苏术;四逆汤;脑损伤;乳酸脱氢酶;丙二醛;大鼠[中国图书资料分类法分类号]R605.974;R289.5[文献
