1、毕业论文毕业论文基于相对差距和-熵权法的河北文化建设评价研究院别经贸学院专业信息管理与信息系统班级姓名指导教师年月日东北大学秦皇岛分校毕业论文第V页城市文化建设评价体系研究摘要城市的现代化，是经济政治文化全面发展的过程。城市文化建设，对于促进城市经济社会事业的全面发展，提升城市的文化品位，加快现代化进程，具有十分重要的作用。在大力加快城市化的发展战略中，必须把文化作为优先发展的重点。为及时、准确掌握河北省文化建设发展状况，加快推进河北文化的建设进程，本文对河北文化建设水平评价的相关问题进行了研究。首先，论述了城市文化建设的发展现状及国内外发展动态，为文章构建城市

2、文化评价体系提供了一个理论和方法背景；然后对城市文化的内涵做了界定，进而依据评价指标体系设计的原则，依照相关文献，设计出一套由服务力、凝聚力、生产力、影响力四个子系统及17个指标组成的综合评价指标体系。其次，运用熵值法确定指标权重系数，从而构建城市文化综合评价模型，并对河北省2007-2012年城市文化水平进行实证分析并检测其运行态势。实证评价结果表明：河北省城市文化总体发展呈上升趋势，各子系统发展上升趋势不稳定。并且各指标发展速度差异较大。最后，根据前述理论研究和实证研究的结果，深入分析河北省城市文化的发展现状及面临的挑战，得出河北省在现有基础上，要注重从制度
