1、第14页我国民营企业融资现状分析及对策摘要民营企业是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分。改革开放三十几年来，随着社会主义经济体系的逐步完善建立，民营企业摆脱传统体制的束缚，正以新的目标，新的组织，新的结构，新的动力步入全球分工体系，成为推动我国经济转型的不可忽视的动力。然而，长期以来，民营企业的发展受到了诸多因素的影响，尤其是民营企业所面临的融资问题已成为制约其发展的瓶颈。与此同时，纵观国内外市场，民营企业融资难的同时也制约着国民经济的进一步发展，影响到我国金融市场的长远稳健运行。本文将首先描述民营企业融资的几种模式，阐述民营企业融资的现状及原因，民营企业融资难主要表现在在融
